This week we've been packing. The local council are coming to fit a new kitchen and bathroom and rewire our entire house. Which will be good, when it's done, but the hassle of packing everything and getting all the furniture into the middle of the rooms is.... rrrgh

So today is the week beginning the week that the work begins. I've got the kids off school for bank holiday, which doesn't make things easier. And generally, I'm just really busy.

But... I managed to make something! No, it wasn't one of the ideas I had, or one of the pieces I've been planning... It just sort of jumped out at me when I saw the image of the model. Twilight is the result. And I've love comments if you have time to take a looksee.

Who could resist this gorgeous little lady? This shot is fantastic, and the subject adorable. A must for any kitten fan.

The detail in this portrait is just absolutely amazng, and the softened skin and contrast with the dark colouring is beautiful. But what I love most about this piece are the eyes. They really tell a story.

As well as the look, what I really love about this is the gorgeous hair colour. The lighting is fantastic and serves well to illuminate that gorgeous green eye and make-up.
